• Building Excel formulas and quick presentation outlines

Curriculum:
Session 1: Understanding AI, What It Can (and Can't) Do
How AI actually works, why it can be confidently wrong, and setting up your first tool.
Session 2: Prompting for Official Work
A simple 4-part framework for getting usable first drafts of letters and memos.
Session 3: Reading & Summarizing Documents Safely
Using NotebookLM to query your own documents with grounded, verifiable answers, plus a data privacy checklist for official work.
Session 4: Numbers, Translation & Slides
Getting Excel formulas explained in plain English, translating documents, and generating quick slide outlines.
Session 5: Building Your Personal AI Workflow (Capstone)
A guided walkthrough of Gemini, Copilot, and Perplexity, and when to use each, followed by a live capstone where you complete one real task from your own desk with AI assistance, end to end.
No prior tech experience required. All you need is a smartphone or laptop and an internet connection.
